A deposit amounting to 55% of the rental price is payable immediately after booking! The balance is payable four weeks before commencement of your vacation. In the event of cancellation at least four weeks in advance of your vacation we will refund the deposit paid. In the case of short term cancellations ( four weeks and less advance notice ) we will refund any amounts paid if we get a substitute reservation. All cancellations are subject to a service fee of $100 which will be deducted from the refund.

Weekend Rentals

No weekend rentals in peak season, early summer and late summer!

Weekend/long weekend rentals (up to 3 nights): 55% of the price for a weekly rental. Rates for Thanksgiving, Easter etc on request.

No pets please!

Although there is no smoking in our house, smokers are sure to feel at home: they can enjoy a cigarette or cigar in any weather on the comfortable, covered porch .
